It's really terrible how people do work. It doesn't count at all, and the items that are moved are the same from the pick-up point to the drop-off point. Always if you use lalamove to go to a truck or something, something must be torn off, scratched. Never had a headache. With packers it's not just good looks. He opened the wrapping when he got to the drop-off, it was serious like there was a magic portal in a new place. Same look and layout.
All the workers are busy working while making jokes (the movers always have things that they grumble about here and there). My work is just to show. When people put things in the wrong place, I ask them to move them to a new place, people are okay. He makes heavy things look light. No complaints at all. Other people who watched were also impressed with his work. Keep up the good work, packers xpress. Take care of customers, take care of employees, inshaAllah success.

Excellent Movers. They packed my stuff & furniture, mirrors & paintings w care w bubble wrap & cardboard. Its then carefully loaded into d truck & unpacked at new place. The workers are well trained & on time/ d truck too. So far nothing broken, or lost nor scratches on wood/ marble floors. Highly Recommended. All Malaysian team. GOOD JOB!

They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was clear and smooth. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process so easy to deal with. They are fast in their responses, whether it’s answering questions, providing information, or addressing any concerns. It was reassuring to know that I could reach out and receive a prompt and helpful reply, which added a lot of value to my overall experience. Even though I opted to use my own movers to transport my belongings to their storage place, they still provide excellent support. They were accommodating and ensured that the entire process was seamless from start to finish.

Overall very impressed and satisfied with their service. The team sampai je terus tahu nak buat apa, saya just bagitahu mana nak tinggal and mana nak bawa je. Initially, I was overwhelmed with the thought of packing, very thankful to the team sebab they made everything so much easier. They were professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with great care. The team packed everything securely, siap label lagi nak mudah kan cari barang and delivered without any issues. Sampai to destination pun excited nak tolong unpack, padahal saya tahu semua penat. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Thank you very much to the packers team. Mudah berurusan. Our staircase was very narrow but the staff handled all boxes and bulky items with extra care. No damages!
All packers worked extremely hard and they were diligent.
Day1 reserved for packing whilst Day2 focused on moving. Despite of an hour plus of raining on Day2, the task was completed earlier than planned.
Client and packers must collaborate effectively. Certain tasks must be done by clients ourselves.
We should respect the packers as skilled professionals, not labour!
